1. The Initial Idea & Inspiration
   It all starts with your vision. Send us your rough sketches, Pinterest boards, photos, or architectural plans to spark the design conversation.

2. Site Measure & Assessment
   We visit your space to take exact measurements, analyze the lighting, and ensure the proposed design harmonizes perfectly with its surroundings.

3. Presentation & Refinement
   We present detailed design concepts and material options. We collaborate closely to make changes and adjustments until the design is absolutely perfect.

4. Approval & Deposit
   Once you sign off on the final design and specification, we secure your build slot with a deposit and provide an estimated lead time.

5. Crafting & Delivery
   The build begins. You will receive regular photo updates throughout the making process. Once complete, we personally deliver and install your finished heirloom piece.
