We present detailed design concepts and material options. We collaborate closely to make changes and adjustments until the design is absolutely perfect.Approval & Deposit
Once you sign off on the final design and specification, we secure your build slot with a deposit and provide an estimated lead time.Crafting & Delivery
The build begins. You will receive regular photo updates throughout the making process. Once complete, we personally deliver and install your finished heirloom piece.
